When you’re satisfied with a plan we highly recommend that you create a new version of it so you have the old plan for reference. This is also useful if you want to track something back in time after the project has started. Doing this before you start the actual work can greatly aid you if the project veers off track or you at some point have a disagreement with your project stakeholder or client on what you promised to deliver.
Create a new version by clicking the New version button, or switch the current active version by selecting the specific version in the list, and click the Change version button in the upper right-hand corner.
